Our family recently sold our house in Wollongong and had a short settlement date. We needed to find a rental quickly and with two small children this was not as easy as I expected. I went to quite a few inspections and realised that due to the current market I had to compete against 30 other people. At each inspection I got treated like just another number and did not hold any hope of finding a home for my family before we had to move. Even the agency we sold our house through, did not give us the help we thought they should. I came to look at our unit through City Beach Properties and instantly noticed the difference in customer service when Melissa showed us through. I handed my application back the next day and explained our situation. Melissa was so friendly and helpful and did everything she could to secure this unit for us. I was contacted by 4pm that same day to say that we had been accepted. As I have not rented for more than 10 years, I had a lot of questions about the process and both Melissa and Linda were more than happy to answer every single one of them, without making me feel like I was a nuisance.

I have already told many of my friends and family about the exceptional customer service we received. This was a very stressful time for our family and we finally felt like someone cared. I would highly recommend City Beach Rentals to anyone that was looking to buy, sell or rent.
